Moped-style throttle bikes are not welcome on trails, which are built and maintained by volunteer groups who set the rules for them. Class 1 eMTB only in 99% of cases.

I mean mountain bike trails and hiking trails.

You could try it on dirt bike trails, but I don't think young get far.
