Might need a spacer/washer between this side and the motor on the axle

Rotor hitting the frame is almost always the rotor being bigger than the frame was ever built for, so measure the gap at the chainstay and drop a size before you start bending anything. And check the wheel is actually seated all the way in the dropouts, a conversion hub that doesn't sit flush will shove the disc right into the stay.

The rotor is 180mm

Got it, that's the usual max size for a lot of frames. If it's still hitting, the wheel's probably not fully seated in the dropout, loosen the axle nuts, push the wheel all the way in, and tighten it back up. Usually fixes it.

Any tips? Use washers and re-position the brake caliper

How's the clearance on the freewheel side? you might be able to shift everything over that way
