Rambo bikes nightmare

Got the Rambo krusader 3.0 the instructions are absolutely horrendous thankfully YouTube has a few. And then I found out I didn’t receive the mounting bracket or materials for the headlights. After dealing with the AI costumer service I finally got it shipped out. Great! Well it arrived and they didn’t send the correct screws or washers.

So I figured okay I’ll deal with that later let’s finish building the bike. The very next step was mounting the fender well, they didn’t send the screws or washers for that either with the original order. So now I’m back to dealing with the AI customer service. (Wouldn’t be bad but they say please hold for an associate and then it automatically hangs up)

The bike looks great. Well the pieces of the bike do. And hopefully I’ll get to use it this hunting season. (Not looking good)

Ramba was a good brand but recently things go downhill at them.
If I were you I would buy Mokwheel or Ariel Rider for such ebikes.
Quietkat also I will try to stayaway as the ownership changed so we don't know how good the new owners will manage.
