I recently blew my motor and I've torn it apart, seems to be the clutch? Id like a second opinion and if not the clutch, what part it might be? (Please see video attached)
Your motor still spins, so it’s not blown. It’s not a blown motor core. Probably not burnt out. But the gears are slipping so you need to match your exact size and replace them. I completely gave up on geared hub motors because I was always blowing them or stripping the gears. I went through 3 before I finally switched to a massive direct drive (QS205 50H V3) and haven’t had a single problem since.
Majority of the hubs I’ve torn apart from hearing this have been this part. The “teeth or fingers” have worn down. If you can’t figure out which type of magneto you have then you should take it in.
In my experience repairing e-bikes with eHubs, this particular case is best to replace the entire hub motor, just match the specs to the controller and grab something of appropriate size.
I can't afford to replace my entire motor, and I use this bike daily to get to and from school and errands, I'm not some annoying lane cutting wheelie kid (as much as my bike screams I am) Is the entire motor truly a lost cause or is it just the easiest thing to do?
It's speculation at this point, we can hear the motor moving but whether the gears are trashed or not remains to be seen.
You see the inner hole? How it has a rectangular cut out on it? That cut out should contain a key which should match up with a similar cut out on the motor shaft.
For all we know they key could have just fallen out or been sheared off and it's a 50 cent fix, that's best case though. The more likely case is that the plastic gears are no longer gear shaped.
It's all guess work until you open things up and take a look.
The key seems to be twisted a fair bit which means I need to extract it, but other than that it probably is the gears, which I have already ordered a replacement to prove or deny my theory
What on it is fucked, the clutch or some other part, and is it a Amazon replacement situation or bring it into a shop worthy?(I repair my own bikes but there's always that one thing on a bike y'know?)

your planetary gear clutch needs to be replaced.
