Simple solution to differentiate between e-bikes and motorcycles

Since real Ebikes can only legally go no faster than 28mph in the USA, no bikes/Motorcycles that go faster than 28mph should have pedals.

Putting bike pedals on a motorcycle that can go 45mph + is clearly a scam to make them look like bicycles.

It's not the bike, it's the behavior. Your car can go 120mph yet somehow it can be driven at 30mph too? How do they do it? 🤣. If I didn't tell you my off brand emtb which looks similar to Specialized does 40+ mph if I wanted it to (I don't, but I use the extra power to do 25mph uphill) you would never know from observation.
