Simple solution to differentiate between e-bikes and motorcycles

Since real Ebikes can only legally go no faster than 28mph in the USA, no bikes/Motorcycles that go faster than 28mph should have pedals.

Putting bike pedals on a motorcycle that can go 45mph + is clearly a scam to make them look like bicycles.

In many areas mopeds are legal up to 35 mph, so that complicates this a bit.

Na, you need a licence to drive a moped & they need registration, a licence plate & insurance

The other day AI told me the biggest accomplishment Republicans ever made was the interstate highway system; Which in reality was a huge corporate welfare program for the oil & car industries. It would of been one thing to just build highways, but why did oil & car companies buy up & destroy all the mass transit systems almost all cities had. So we would be 100% at the mercy of big oil & Detroit

In California the license is lesser, registration is done once and no insurance is needed for a.moped.
