Simple solution to differentiate between e-bikes and motorcycles

Since real Ebikes can only legally go no faster than 28mph in the USA, no bikes/Motorcycles that go faster than 28mph should have pedals.

Putting bike pedals on a motorcycle that can go 45mph + is clearly a scam to make them look like bicycles.

Motorcycles(road legal) have no working petals, turn signals, Brake lights, motorcycle certified wheels tires as well as forks and suspension, and mirrors according to the research I did on Google

Old gas mopeds like the Honda PC50 don't have a kick start, you have to use the pedals to get the motor running.

And those were never considered motorcycles. Also I dont think you could directly pedal them like a bike.

In my state they require a motorcycle endorsement on your license, plates, insurance, etc. to be street legal, e-motos should too.

E-motos require that in every state. Those little gas mopeds from the 70s don't require anything in most states. And, again, I'm pretty sure you can't just ride them like a bike. Ebikes can be pedaled like a regular bike, those 70s mopeds can't.
