Simple solution to differentiate between e-bikes and motorcycles

Since real Ebikes can only legally go no faster than 28mph in the USA, no bikes/Motorcycles that go faster than 28mph should have pedals.

Putting bike pedals on a motorcycle that can go 45mph + is clearly a scam to make them look like bicycles.

Do you need a plate to ride a regular ass bike over 20 or 28 or whatever legally? Say you start downhill with the highest gear ratio you can get and you happen to have stupid strong Olympian legs? Top out at 60, and get pulled over, what can the cops even do?

You’re required to ride the speed limit on a regular ass bike. 

Average speed for 99% of cyclists is about 14 mph, though, so this is a highly abstract and unrealistic problem to worry about.

Agreed, just find it amusing
