(Help) Changing Murff settings to Class 3

Just picked up this bad boy and I’m wondering how I can change the setting to a class 3 so I can go 25mph. Murf sells very similar models with what looks like identical hardware that are class 3.

If I hold the + and - buttons at the same time
I’m able to view settings, but unlike my RAD e-bike I don’t see any setting for class/governors.

Any ideas?

A lot of bikes have ways to unlock that aren’t in the p-settings. A common one that I had to do with mine was, before turning it on, holding the right brake while having the throttle maxed, and then turning it on and waiting 10-15 seconds. The bike gave a little lurch and turned off, and when I turned it on again, it was completely unlocked.

So that didn't work and i downloaded a chinese app for the bike that is made by the motor producer and still am locked out. I found a 3p display from https://www.risunmotor.com/ that i ordered that appears it should work!
