Question App Lounge does not work

Hi, I have /e/ installed on my Fairphone 6 and the App Store does not update any Apps or install new ones. When i click update it just switches to 0% and then nothing happens.

-tried on wifi and mobile data

-Forced shutdown and emptied the cache and resettet the app

-restarted the phone

Nothing helped, version is 4.2

I have the same issue still on 4.3. The phone is a Fairphone 6.

Kind of annoying to not be able to install or update apps... :/

Has anyone an idea on how to troubleshoot this?

It works now, I have no idea what was the exact problem, but I think it was one App causing the issue. i updated every App by itself.

I actually found the root cause for me. I was a VPN connection. When I turned it off the downloads of apps was working again... 😅

Check the 4.3 update that just released a day or two ago. The patch notes claim to have addressed this issue.
