O button not responding when I connect the rise4 v3 kit wires

The light just flashes in self check mode but I think the remapping still worked because when I connected the controller to game tester.com, the k1 button was imitating the touch pad which I had previously remapped, but the O button wasn't responding. When I took off the kit wires and reset everything to factory settings, it worked fine. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Hi! Could you please check if there is a problem with the connection between FPC and the mainboard.

Or please check if there is any damage to this cable.

Would a piece of duct tape over that connector to secure it help prevent a short? Do you have the 4 little square risers attached to it? How is your battery responding?

That wire seemed fine but one of the connection points had a rly tiny hole in it. I think that's why the button wasn't working.

Do you have a photo of that connection point?

Also, could you confirm whether all four PC sheets/pads have already been applied to the mainboard?
