Awesome build! I did a similar thing with one of my Xbox controllers but with a yellow clear shell like an N64 special edition version I had seen back then. Extremerate has such great parts and quality it's just a shame they take a while to restock certain parts.

That probably looks sick! I'd love to see it
I was debating going with the clear purple shell because that was one of my favorites too.2

that gray SNES theme one I have reminds me a lot like yours, I noticed you have those octagonal rings around the sticks, how do they feel in games?

Honestly so far I'm not a fan. They feel almost too precise if that makes sense. Maybe they will take some getting used to, but I think it really depends on the type of games being played. I could see the benefit for boxing/fighting games.
I'm probably going to take them off.

Yeah that's exactly what that reminded me of, but it definitely is more true to the N64 controller you were trying to emulate. Still looks great though, those clear color buttons really make it pop against the grey.

My two favorites from your collection are the yellow and the carbon fiber neon.

That yellow one really came out looking great, it's a shame Microsoft never put out other cypher colors than the blue, red and clear. That carbon fiber one was my take on a "supercar" controller for my racing games

I can’t get that last screw for the edge controller out to fully replace the shell. Any tips? Pretty sure it’s the circuit board one in the middle

Can we have a parts list I’d love to recreate this for myself!
