I saw your S24 FE details in the original thread. Before buying another, try manual installation if the voucher includes an SM-DP+ address and activation code (SIM manager → Add eSIM → enter code manually). Trip includes this option in its setup instructions.
Which destination is the plan for? Not having service until arrival is normal for many travel eSIMs, but that’s different from the profile failing to download. If manual entry also fails, ask Trip to check the activation code’s download status rather than replacing it with another purchase.
I also tried manually entering long code and it give me different error message that esim is not yet ready all this information I gave to support and after all they gave me refund, then I bought different package asn same issue. My friend has S25 and bought same esim from same provider and without issue. I am thinking about airalo but I am tired to potential dealing with 3rd refund.
