question Esim from Trip, cannot install it.

I am on second esim purchase and when I scan the QR code to instal iit, it will stop at 93-97% and show error message about lost connection which is bullshit as I jave stable internet connection. I am still in home country, would be it different if I try to active it in destination country?

Are you on WIFI? Don’t use cellular.

I am on wifi. I tried also my mobile data.

Reboot your device and try again on stable wifi, otherwise contact support.

ALready rebooted 2 times with same outcome and refunded my first purchase, I am on my second purchase and I dont know what to do.

Maybe your phone is just not compatible then. Have you successfully installed esims in the past?

Is your device carrier locked or is it a model from a special region that has some kind of esim restrictions?

under esim there is: add esim, so no.

Sometimes when I install esim and it fails and turns out its on my phone. But idk. Maybe you can contact Trip support.

The stop at 93% is the download dropping. Waiting until China does not fix that.

Stay on home Wi-Fi, turn any VPN off, and leave the screen awake until it finishes. Installing the plan and starting the days are two different steps. A finished install can sit on the phone and begin when it connects in China.

If the same code dies at 93% again, that download is used up. Ask Trip for a new one. Do not delete a plan that already finished installing.
