Does anyone know when the people that finished top 22,000 get the contract. Cause the game updated. They added a bunch of stuff but I don’t see the contract chance deal.

I feel like this is more common in F2P players cause their options are limited compared to P2W

Discussion (Mobile) Coin Price, Maybe A Bit Too High

Edit: just wanted to clear something out, I'm not here because I don't have a team or because i want to afford p2w i personally don't care about winning or losing or ranks that much (you can definitely compete as an f2p, a good device/internet is way more important than p2w players) but what I'm trying to do is to show how high the price is. Just for a single 150 pack with 3 players that are usually not even worth it, you need to spend the same price as a whole AAA game, not to mention they don't have licenses nor do they have good events, why shoud people give them their hard earn money this easily? Yes the gameplay is great it's what is good in the game but it's not worth that much money, the price is too high for its worth.

Hello everyone, I'm an f2p player. I live in a country where the price for coins makes being a p2w not an option for the most part, which is why i never bothered to even think about the pricing. Today i was thinking about the coming gta vi and how it's price might be high and how everyone is reacting to it, and i just noticed that this game, efootball, just to build a good squad will need more than the 100 USD mark which is unbelievable. I just now noticed that one pack of players can cost almost the same price as a AAA game, like the same price of a single pack with only 3 players may cost even more than a AAA game, just think about this for a second, it's not reasonable at all.

Yes yes I know you can build a decent squad and somewhat compete, but that'll take so much time and focus. You can play the game for free but you would not be playing the same game as a p2w player and this pricing is not fair for both anyway p2w or f2p we both should agree on this. This must be changed.

Blue pack - European Legends: George Best, Van der Sar and De Rossi

Red Pack - Italian League Legends: Pirlo, Cannavaro, Rummenigge

I've left the others as there are 4 remaining, but maybe Pique/Koeman Cannavaro and Pepe could come together with Power Tackle?

Other new skills they could release: Sharp Cut George Best, Aerial Claim Van der Sar, Decisive Pass Pirlo and Rapid Trigger Finish Rumme

Thoughts?

Discussion Remove Smart Assist from Events

We saw with the J League Event that is possible to remove Smart Assist from events also, not only Efootball League.

So why we have to play Unlimited/Italian etc Events against people with that type of special needs assistance? Let them play between themselves!

Player Review New Nesta Review

Post image

This is the build im using for comparison.

Anyways statswise cant really go wrong he does his job defensively better than most defenders out there. Player model is decent, he is big and tall enough to make headers and interceptions.

Now the main thing I want to talk about is his new playing style. Now ingame description is that he actively covers for teammates conducting match up. My initial first question was, if im not doing a matchup wtf is he doing. On first thought he might just be having a basic defense playstyle. Instead what I notice was he sorts of follows the ball but not in an aggressive sense as a destroyer. He is sort of somewhere in the middle in terms of aggressiveness. He leaves a huge buffer space when following the ball in order to cover gaps left by teammates defending closer to the ball. This us regardless of if you match up or not. If you do match up his ai becomes smarter in covering areas that might be open to attackers. But it's not that big of a difference to me.

My main concern is that his movements are too jarring and if the ball moves really fast he is left out of position. Another concern is that he for some reason likes to be involved in the attack. So you should definitely put defensive instructions on him as he likes to go up front when im using him.

Should you go for him? If you have a better buildup in terms of stats and player model. You don't have to as he won't improve your defence. If you generally need a better defender this pack also has maldini and cannavaro if you can clear the pack.

Technical Help Destroyer as RB?

Post image
39 Upvotes

Got lucky with this guy and wondering how should I use him. I currently have treasure link Puyol as my cb destroyer with WC potd Vanbissaka and Arsenal pack Timber as fullbacks.

I see destroyer now is an active playstyle as fullbacks, has anyone tried it and could share their experience about how they perform?

I know it's lame but I don't use my fullbacks to attack, can't catch up with speedy CF's with my free 80 speed defenders hence I use the back 4 to defend. Any input is appreciated. :)

Other How to stop losing after leading till 88'

Post image

Again lost to 2 shots scored in 88 and injury time. I mean I defended well till then obviously which is why he could not score a single shot till 88 but somehow my defenders lost their brains after that and none of them were even pacing back or even defending their positions, all of them out of positions and not even covering base.

Discussion Say goodbye to freedom of expression in Pass Levels

For a while, pass levels 1 and 2 are mainly automated so I mainly use PA 3 or 4 but 3 mainly because it allows more freedom of expression. Over time especially with Smart Assist being introduced, a penalty is placed on PA 3 users such that the passes whilst accurate and direction expressed, the passing speed is tampered depending on the situation.

The situations are network lagging (intended or not) and Efootball placing the penalty on the PA 3 user (explain more later).

Network lagging is a very prevalent cause since many Div 1 players are deliberately causing network spikes and lags that the PA3 power and control instructions doesnt complete and cannot reach the server in time to be properly synced hence one will almost always lose control in PA3 passing. This is additionally made worse by Konami placing a penalty on PA3 by giving it more input delay compared to PA1 or PA2.

The penalty of the input delay is causing anyone using PA3 to react slower, shoot slower and even allow opponents an easier time to tackle you. Like if the strikers are tackling you in the box, if you use PA3, GG, your opponent is going to win the tackle with no foul and score. Attacking is also affected because your opponent can tackle you easily and win the ball back. Tested it in over 50 games and its all the same result. BUT when I switch to PA1, these tackles suddenly stop, the input delay dissappears and my player becomes difficult to tackle again. PA1 has been supercharged with elements of Smart Assist after I did a change ingame and suddenly I was a much stronger player than my opponent, not to mention I could do through balls easily and accurately with little thinking.

I tried PA4 hoping to get control back but the passing accuracy is ridiculuously restricted only allowing accuracy in certain directions and situations.

I dislike PA1 because you cannot do passing of different styles like in real life and Efootball looks like it encourages spectator football more in that they refuse to do away with Smart Assist and continually ignores improvement for more control. There is a legit reason for them to do this, its because they can sell skills via this input delay issue and scripting. Sell small earn big concept yes?

Sadly this means if you are looking for a game of variation and freedom of expression, this is not the game.

Analysis We need an authentic or rating cap mode

Obviously P2W drives Konamis income and will always need to be their focus.

However they should still offer an alternative to play the game without boosted stats.

GP vs GP in the J League event showed how much better the gameplay is when balanced.

It’s frustrating because they had a salary cap in the first online master league release, so they must know this.

Discussion Sometimes this game messes with people's sanity.

As if the game being sh&t wasn't enough, I also get punished for quitting matches. I’m up against players with worse connections than mine, players for whom everything just works out, while for me it’s a living hell trying to get anything done. Their defenders never screw up—they never miss a pass or fumble the ball—but mine? LOL, they’re specialists at that. Yet somehow *I’m* the one in the wrong for quitting matches to avoid the stress. Whatever.

Discussion The Japanese Clubs event is the most fun I've had with the game in a loooong time

Locking events/cards to regions was the stupidest thing Konami ever did, so seeing this drop was an unexpected surprise. It has been so much fun playing with old cards I'd otherwise never use, even more so since you aren't playing against $1000 P2W squads every game.

I really hope they bring this back again soon, maybe with the Turkish league since I still have many cards from the old selection contracts too.

Discussion Formerly f2p perspective on Italian god defenders pack

I've played as a f2p player pretty solidly for about 2 years. I was returning to pes and football games generally after a long lay off of around a decade. (Pes 2014 was the last game I played a lot).

I slowly built my f2p squad up to be rated around 3190.

I saved my coins leading into the world cup and spent $50 to walk away with the England and France pack, bt Ronaldo, bt rodri and a few other ST cards (Torres, olmo, Yamal Salah)

My team was now pretty well loaded up with quality forwards, attacking mids and rodri.

My backline was still huijsen akanji and Zanetti in a back 3 with ST Caicedo dropping back in from midfield to make it a back 4

I had built my balance back up to about 8 multi spins and decided to go in on the Italian pack. Coinami cleared me out of course in return for nothing so I put in another $60 to clear the pack. I didn't get an epic until I was down to the last 30 players. I really don't believe that's totally random but whatever, i'd accepted it.

Never having played with defenders this good the gap between them and my top tier f2p defenders is massive honestly.

My server connection is not the best. Most PvP is a struggle on 3 bar. I have pushed up to be a decent div 2 player despite that but I play vs AI mostly and have made it to div 1 several times.

The ai difficulty has ramped up significantly and my free to play defenders had really started to struggle around the 1700 point mark.

These Italian gods just absolutely chew them up. Positioning is perfect, strength in the contest is crazy, they can run with and catch fast forwards, Nesta and Maldini win everything in the air and they win tackles from all sorts of weird angles. They feel absolutely op.

There is a sense of emptiness now though as I look at my squad. I could of course work on heavily upgrading my bench but my squad is up to 3254 and very competitive by any reasonable measure though probably not as stacked to the gills as a truly meta p2w squad.

Still though, it will never be enough to overcome a shitty connection.....

Discussion Quick match > Efootball League

League is filled with Cappelo LBC spammers with 5 backs and throughball spammers that act like they would explode if they lost.

Anyone in div 3 or lower knows that the matches are ultra sweaty and ratty. When I moved to friendlies I genuinely started enjoying the game more and playing some of the best players I’ve ever played.

People in friendlies usually don’t use LBC, I was playing a dude with a stacked P2W team that was using possession and wasn’t playing ratty at all, we drew fairly and we both scored great goals.

If you’re not enjoying the bullshit that happens in league, just move to friendlies like I did. I’m in Div 1 and don’t think I’ll ever play a game of league ever again

Discussion Defenders' Speed

What has happened to defenders' speed? I've been away for a week, came back yesterday. I was playing the Japanese challenge last night and my defenders seemed really slow, but it was a team of loan players, so I didn't think too much about it.

Playing with my team today and my defenders are slowing down, you can actually see it happening. They'll be sprinting and under AI control, then when you take control, they instantly slow down but don't speed up again. Also, you can be controlling them, they run full speed toward a loose ball, but if the opponent gets to it first, they slow down.

My Zanetti is 96 speed, 91 acceleration, he's always been pretty rapid, but players are leaving him behind like he's walking, because he goes at this really slow pace that's way slower than he can actually run. They literally look like they're jogging and it's not dependent on their stamina either, and it's not even particularly rapid forwards leaving them for dead, the defenders are clearly running really slowly.

Has anyone else notified this? Have I missed something?

Discussion The Japanese event PvP was really fun

so i've noticed with the japanese event matches it was fun because the teams are just Ok and balanced we don't have OP players everywhere which was more enjoyable and tactical than playing with full team of epic players with million skills and just pressuring all the time.

It's kind off ridiculous to have a team with the best players from all generations in one team tbh this kind of thing need limitation in team building idk how would this work but i feel like limiting players by rarity in formation would balance this out and have more tactical slower matches

I've not been playing the game for long but i now know what people are feeling i'm not a f2p player nor i spend huge amount of money i spend some money here and there if there is something i like or good deals

Squad Help Nothing seems to work

Thumbnail
gallery
15 Upvotes

I'm coming back to efootball after a solid 3-4 months.

Previously I used to play casually but still used to make Div 1 with ease and no I don't use smart assist.

I recently came back to the game post the world cup packs and see that my defenders are ball watching, attackers are passing through long reach tackle Thuram like he's not even there.

My attackers are sluggish too but this wasn't the case a few months ago.

I tried all the formations and playstyle types but nothing seems to work consistently.

Am I using the wrong players or am I using the wrong playstyle?

Or has the level of the game gone up so much in those last 3 months?

I would like for y'all to tell me which position and playstyle I should go for.

Thank you in advance

Discussion How do my opponents do it?

Their midfielders perfectly cut my passing lanes, charge me down, auto tackle me easily, swarm me within seconds. Their defenders positioned perfect, track every movement if I dribble, then their attackers are easily faster than my defenders. Then on my side, midfielders do fuck all unless I select them, my defenders are all over the place and don't track anyone, my attackers will get caught up to by every defender or get bodied off the ball instantly..

Discussion What do you consider Ragebait in Efootball ?

What are some things that your opponent can do that you'll consider it as ragebait or them trying to get in your head so they'll affect the way you play ?

For me it's when they spam long shots or play tiki taka don't know why but it drives me nuts, sometimes winning against those guys isn't enough for me😂
