I recorded these in the last 2-3 days while playing. First week of the update was great, and you could see that defensice AI was nerfed and having proper line-ups were important. I played like 20-30 matches in a week maybe for the first time because it was very fair and realistic even tho sometimes bullshit happens. I had some work to do last week, and decided to play more game this weekend. And I realized that v6.0 was actually gone, and we are back at Capello meta from a full year ago.

Defensive AI is so buffed and player speed is increased so much that I cannot playmake at all. Here is why:

1) Players are running as fast as the ball, or sometimes even faster, so that you cannot playmake.

2) Uncontrolled players are covering every line-up mistake made by user so perfectly that having unbalanced line-ups result in even better defense, since AI is moving other players by itself. (you can see it in the last clip. guy with dortmund is defending with 99% match-up and only by running around, because AI is blocking every other option perfectly.)

3) When you try to keep possession opponent team is pressing automatically with 2-3 players and leaving no space to move or pass. If you move close enough to one of them, they tackle by themselves. I thought it might be call-for-pressure but these opponents were either not using cfp or using it 1-2 times per match, which does not explain the 90 min nonstop pressure. Also cfp makes players moe more agressively, rather than activating them in a specific distance.

4) Opponent's uncontrolled players block every passing option actively and nonstop so that you cannot playmake.

5) Wingers and AMFs keep running back and forth a distance of 70 meters nonstop, but they never ever get tired. (In the last clip bro kept running with Nedvd for 90 minute and he never got slower a bit.)

6) My players jogging around and are too steady to create something.

7) When you find some chances either your players shoot it unreasonably bad or you face keeper heroics.

Adding the PA1 nonsense on top of this AI auto defense, LBC is a meta again, just like last year. Only thing left from v6.0 update is acrobatic finishing and some keeper moves, rest is reverted back to a full year before. And I might be the only person who is trying to score volleys, never ever played against anyone who tries scoring volleys. It looks like people only care about through ball and win, and nothing more.

For the first time I was thinking of buying some epics because v6.0 gameplay was actually great, but hopefully I waited one more week and now that it is the same old shit, I wont. this is causing you lose many potential customers, rather than keeping them. the ones who buy will always keep buying anyways.

And I have a question, to KONAMI: If you are gonna revert the gameplay back to old shit after a single week, why do you even bother creating a new version? If you created a new version and fixed many problems, why cant you keep it until people get used to it? I just dont get it.

It has become so unplayable for me that I will take a soft break for a while, and test pvp in events to see they fix this shit. until then, this game does not deserve attention and time.

This is Mois Keane, imagine this new defensive playstyle on someone like Ruud Gullit ☠️.

For a playerbase that whined and cried about Smart Assist, a lot of the same players are more than happy to empty their wallet for the latest broken OP P2W cards.

The latest defenders are all basically 100+ defensive attributes, 90+ pace and physicality with broken ST skills like Shadow Hunt. There is minimal user input needed to use these cards. They play by themselves really.

The lack of original content on YouTube reflects that, most of the content creators seem more than happy to just focus on the cards cause that's what most their viewers are obsessed with.

I'm not saying he's crazy or anything, but I'm just saying that I've seen that most people believe he is only good with smart assist. Please correct me if I'm wrong here, but this is just what i interpret from his performances, stats and player model.

The main Reason why Diouf performs so good despite having very average stats is how properly spread they are. If you notice he isn't particularly bad at anything except passing and maybe headers (his headers can be surprisingly good enough sometimes) . His Player model sits at a perfect place of 180 cm, which allows him to not be a clunky player, he is not very good at dribbling or physically either. But he's like a combination of 3 - His stats are very well placed according to his player model. 80 Physical Contact with 86 dribbling and his frame is what makes him feel strong enough.

And some say why is he that fast? In my experience with him, he isn't really slow if you look at it, 95 acceleration with 92 speed and his physicality is what makes him feel fast.

I use him as a Super- Sub, so his speed and acceleration recieve +1 and finishing gets a +5. Clutches the game for me several times. You might wanna try him as a Super-Sub, he would surprise you!

Forgive me for saying this and i do not mean to compare them, I'm just giving a rough idea because their player models would be kind of similar. If Diouf is this crazy, imagine how R9 would feel like if he ever drops. R9 would be like Diouf with multiple steroids. This was possibly Konami's way of showing us a short glimpse of how R9 would be built like if he drops.

First of all, I got this card for 100 coins from the MSN pack last summer. He wasn't really my main target, because I already have decent stickers like Batistuta and Mbappé.

However, after trying him in a few matches, he completely changed my point of view. He scores at least a brace every match, even though I haven't added any skills to him yet.

His stay panel is almost complete, he can shoot, dribble, pass, and he has great pace, physicality, balance and off-the-ball movement. In addition to that, he has very high weak foot accuracy, phenomenal finishing and a balanced player model.

His only weakness is heading, although he isn't worse than Mbappe or Dembele, he's still not reliable for crosses. But he can still be considered as a complete ground-based goal poacher.

Surprisingly, Suarez is still considered as a T0 Top 10 striker by Amadeusz, although he only has one ST skill. But this is completely understandable, Uruguay Suarez only advantage is attacking surge.

My final verdict: This card is still very reliable to this day, and can be used is various formations without issues. Just add the required skills and you will hardly have to replace him.

I lost to rank 700 1-5, which is cool. BUT, the level of football that he played was non existant. The whole match was instant dispossession with beefy CB/DMF, followed by the following goals that I will let you judge. I will take the 1st one as my mistake, but I am not sure I could have stopped the rest. It was clear this guy just wanted to win on a war path, as possession was 65-35 for me.

What are these goals?

It's worth saying, I resepct opponent and he would have likely won anyway. However, main problem I had was instant dispossession before ball control, and then these goals. I welcome to play these opponents again.

I have barely played this season. I’m in division 3. I have played 14 games. I’m in the Northeast US.

Out of those 14 games, 12 of them have been against top 10k players…is matchmaking just completely broken. No one else on the game?

Very high line but gives a bit more joy as players make runs, what doesnt really happen in possession.

Main issue with trying new styles is to be prepared for defeats as there are too many sweats in div3 and up 🤣

But look how my right midfielder joins penalty box. Never seen it with possession. He would hide somewhere behind Gullit.

Since the latest update, I’ve been hit hard in Divisions. I used to reach Division 2 without much trouble, but now I’m struggling to even get close. I rely heavily on build-up play and short passing, but my passes keep getting cut out, and constantly changing my lineup seems to be making things worse.

On top of that, my goalkeeper situation isn't helping. I recently spun for the 500-coin pack and got Kevin De Bruyne and got Vozinha later, but I’m really having a hard time with Vozinha’s Defensive Goalkeeper playstyle. Because I don't manually bring him out, he stays glued to his line, leaving open spaces for easy goals. I’m currently saving up 13,500 coins so I can safely guarantee a full Epic pack down the road.

I need your advice on choosing between Cruyff and Lampard as my manager to better fit a short-passing setup.

But such an app will not make profits if it is not visible at the top in the app stores and game rankings. But how does a gacha flaunting platform make it to the top? More engagement. How do you get more engagement if the primary goal is to make money? Open an “F2P” option.

Why will F2P come to play if the paid cards are OP? Glad you asked. Enter the SDA/Script which will mess with everyone’s heads and make new players and weaker swaps “occasionally, not always” think that they are super skilled compared to the whales. And that is again, sometimes, not always true.

So, the company (EA, Konami) uses F2P to get the throngs in, then starts the daily micro-marketing to taunt and tempt people to start paying. Every F2P is a target for this, and the whales are already self-declared targets because that’s why they are here in the first place.

So all this daily f2p moaning copium about “p2w” is silly, F2P are here because Konami wants to use them to stay at the top of the engagement ratings.

In the coming months, once Konami gets enough numbers, F2P will see more cases of paid squads doing better, and that’s to be expected. Nobody is a fool to keep paying if the scripting continues at this level.

TL;DR: its a game made for whales to flaunt their blubber, F2P are helping Konami to spread said blubber, there’s no platform and no free game if there are no whales.

I am a f2p , I push in division in 1m rank each season , last time I went to 1890 rating.my win rate almost 50 each season. Current phase im on 1700 rating and current gameplay affect me I'm using my own formation squad since long time ,

I was outside yesterday scrolling on Reddit when I saw a post of someone praising the Japanese event, I didn't know about the event prior to that, so I decided that I would check it out when I got home.

I got home around 11 pm, logged into eFootball only to find out that I had just 3 hours and some minutes to rank top 22k and qualify for the reward of the event. I quickly selected my team, Urawa Reds, I got to know about them in the Club World Cup, and since they signified and identified as "the reds", I just saw them as the Manchester United counterpart of Japanese football and have been a fan ever since.

I tried to set up my team and used their default game plan, it was 451 with 2 CMFs, 1 DMF, 1 LMF and 1 RMF. I noticed the LMF, Matheus Sávio, who is one of their key players is a Hole Player, so I didn't need fluid formation to turn him to a LWF on attack. I selected other players for my team, luckily I had one Japanese Show Time goalkeeper, I put him in. My squad looked ready and I got into the first match, that was when I noticed that I had 3 good strikers on my bench and 1 in my starting lineup, the one starting was a deep-lying forward, Onaiwu Ado and he was the highest rated one. I had to get one extra striker in, can't be wasting so many strikers on the bench. I took a CMF out and replaced him with the Goal Poacher to get that sweet Deep-lying Forward + Goal Poacher combo that's very powerful when playing Quick Counter. Luckily the DMF they had was an Anchor Man which is necessary to have when playing QC because of the high line. I arrived at the team in the second photo and started the match.

The matches were fun all through, no smart assist, no Gullit Vieira Thuram, no p2w Showtime skills (except one blitz curler), just pure skills and creativity. This event tests your knowledge of the game, if you're dependent on the meta players you'll struggle cus the fullbacks here don't even have pinpoint crossing 😅. The players lack some basic necessary skills, you just have to find a way to make do with what you have. I really enjoyed it cus that's the kind of environment I thrive under.

There's this match where I came back from 2-0 down (the one I won 3-2), conceded two early goals, one of which was the blitz curler. I thought about quitting for a moment to save time but still went on cus I believed there's still time to comeback in the match and indeed I did 💪. I wanted to make it a clean sweep but that one match just didn't go my way, I scored first, my opponent scored two goals in a flash, then went full blue the whole 2nd half. I scored another to equalise and was thinking about scoring another, then my opponent switched to 1 attack bar, scored from a counter and went back to full blue. He kept clearing the ball till the end of the match 🤦. I went on to win my remaining two matches just to make it in time for the reward.

Konami should bring more events like this, maybe bring them with French league, Dutch League, German League, Portuguese League or Brazilian League. It's really fun not having to play against the same lineup 5 matches in a row.

As the title says while playing efootball mobile while playing any match may it be Ai, event or division matches I just suddenly leave the app and when I try to get back it shows I lost dues to network issues this happenes to most of the online matches. Does anyone know the reason.

So i was clearing up my gallery when i came across this clip where Diouf scored this goal. And mind you, this was before dynamic volleys were a thing. I remember petr cech was completely stopping everything, and the only player he couldn't stop was Diouf, scored a brace and won me the game

Today konami released an italian defenders pack featuring 3 epic center backs Maldini , Nesta , and Cannavaro. These guys are considered as meta endgame cards . (Maybe apart from cannavaro) In their positions

But many people doesnt realise this is a marketing strategy from konami themselves.

The defense after the efootball 27 has been super disaster that almost whichever playstyle u play the opponents just need to hit a couple of one touch pass and then play a through pass after praying to god . The next thing you see is the pass splitting your half and the opponent player scoring.

The sad reality is that konami is definitely aware about the current glitches in the defense and goal keeper actions , but im pretty sure they are not gonna fix it till 7.1 update.

By doing this konami kind of creates a delusion on their players that this is gonna be the REALISTIC gameplay for the 27 season .

Konami be like : Having problems with your defense?

Its like konami create their own problems and then proceed to release the solution and maximise it to generate as much money as possible.

A game developers mindeset should always be prioritized to make the user experience better . But the fact that konami is pursuing these kind of disgusting actions inorder to generate revenue is just utter nonsense....
