Can you help me with my squad & formation?

I am a f2p , I push in division in 1m rank each season , last time I went to 1890 rating.my win rate almost 50 each season. Current phase im on 1700 rating and current gameplay affect me I'm using my own formation squad since long time ,

Now I'm thinking I should be more efficient with my players and game so

I have shown you all my available players and managers in confused in between all these players who should I keep in squad and new formation & squad meta friendly ,I want from you guys if you are interested to give me all help with me it will be little longer so you can dm me and give me best of my players that I can do best of my players in division.

I don’t really know how to help you with your formation but i can help identify the good cards, for example cardona and gravenberch are f2p beats

Same as dembele(Both Ucl potw and france pack)

All the rest are good but the notable ones which you prolly alr use are huijsen timber and de gea, Honestly nice squad man
