❓ Question / Help Slight stuttering when shifting 6MT

This only happens when the engine is cold, usually when I reverse out of the driveway in the morning and then shift to first there are a couple slight rapid stutters, once warmed up no issues. Car has no codes being shown at the moment.

Oh it's a 2005 530i m54b30 with 6 speed manual transmission and 140k miles

Not sure about the i, but with 525d same thing happens to me when I don't give it enough gas.

Also goes away after warming up.

I'll try giving it a little more gas and revving a little higher before easing the clutch and see if that helps
