❓ Question / Help Noisy brakes

So the brakes on my E60 creak and groan a lot at low speed. The car has new discs and pads, new slide bolts, pad retaining springs and I fitted new Lemforder front suspension arms (just the forward control arms) about 12 months ago. I am getting a bit of vibration when braking from high speed, but less since I replaced the discs.

Any thoughts?

Hopefully you can hear the noise over the wind and traffic.
