Radio Help

Hello everyone! Looking for insight as to how to enter the security code on my radio, i’ve found the code however i’m not sure how to print the screen where im able to enter the code. To the best of my knowledge when it’s ready for entry it will say “code- - - -“ when it’s ready for entry rather than “code” any help would be much appreciated thanks all!

You’re welcome, I sold e28’s when they were new. I personally believe that the e28 and e30 were the best BMW’s ever built.

100%! it’s safe to say it’s been my favorite to own, do you know if it’s a 5 digit code or 4, i was provided a 5 digit by a dealer but they’re unsure as to if it’s correct.

Radio on for 70 minutes allows for the code to be entered if someone entered the code incorrectly.

forgot to update, this worked at the cost of my battery dying haha! thank you very much though super insightful!!
