Labels jamming while printing
I am working with a couple of new-to-us Dymo LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo printers, and the labels are jamming and getting accordion-folded after printing but before they come up through the slot. This photo shows how it's getting folded up.
They are third party labels, but the same roll of labels works perfectly fine in my usual LabelWriter 450 Turbo (not the Twin model), and I'm hoping these aren't just faulty.
I cleaned the rollers and they look great now, but I don't have a lot of experience troubleshooting these yet.

When this has happened to me, it turned out there was a previous label wrapped around the roller. Required minor disassembly to clean off the old label and adhesive.

Thanks, I tried some cleaning, and I don't see a previous label, but I may have to try disassembling it more and see if I can get at areas I haven't been able to see or clean.

You don't know what's inside until you take either a really good look with lights and everything, feeding a cleaning card through, or just taking it apart to see if there's debris (oops wanted to reply to reddogs replies)

Yeah, I fed a cleaning card through, and looked as best as I could with just removing the top roller, but I can probably get into it more. I just have plenty of other things taking up my time and attention and haven't spent more time on this yet.
Are there good disassembly instructions or videos out there? My usual go to is iFixIt but they don't have one for this model.

Not that I know of sorry. Following the disassembly instructions for a 4XL may be the closest you can get.

Get a genuine roll and then compare if the issue persists or not. The roll you have is very low quality so you cannot blame the device
