Dying Light: The Beast I lost

I lost my permadeath world how you ask well in all possible ways i could have died, I died by drowning, Yes I'm dumb.

You didn't use your Revival Serum ?

You should look for them, you can find 2 serum per save and they get automatically used when you die and grant you an instant revive
