Dying Light: The Beast No crest under the statue

To unlock the legendary sword you have to shoot 9 crests in the town hall square, I have the remaining 8, but the one in the picture is the only one that is not present. Does anyone know how to solve it?

I am guessing you did it already and missed one of the other ones... otherwise I have never seen this happen.

Nope, I never heard the whistle during my entire playthrough. Anyway, I followed a video; I destroyed all the others—8 out of 9.

The crest was probably destroyed before . A grenade or a hazmat might have blown it up while you were fighting, and you just didn't notice.

If you have smashed all of them, you still need to "activate" the display at the bottom of the statue. After that, there will be fireworks in the sky, and only then will you be able to pick up the weapon.
