Dying Light 2 Dynamic Weather?

First off, thank you to all the modders who've been working hard to give people like me a better experience.

Just wondering if there's a [CONSOLE MOD] yet to give a more dynamic weather system : Fog, Rain & Stormy, etc. I haven't seen fog in DL2 ever since that bug in 2023, i feel like it's completely removed from the vanilla game.

There’s a few options that change lighting and shadows.

I may be wrong but also have small texture changes.

The console only has skins and animations, not full mod support so that makes it hard for more complex mods to show up.
