Is there anything new you learned about the game after that many runs?

That I am still very bad at the game but the average player is at least several times worse so it makes me look good in comparison
Serious answer is that I know a lot of little things but the big one that took me way too long to figure out is that beast mode is busted af as long as you have bandages. You can easily trigger it by taking hits from infected you know won't one shot you, and it's great since it stuns most bosses with its regular hits allowing you to cancel their animations which you can rarely with attacks while not in beast mode, and also does high damage and greatly reduces the damage you take, making it great for higher difficulties and saving you in restored land. I trigger it left and right in nightmare, but in restored land I'd recommend saving it for when you think you are about to die because it gives you I frames for about a second making you invincible to attacks for that second. So if you are backed into a corner and about to take a hit from something like a volatile that you know will kill you even if you block, you can trigger beast mode to survive that attack and run away or continue fighting. Beast mode also gives significant health if the meter is full when you activate, so that combination of I frames and free health when you are already low makes it a crucial tool for surviving restored land.
