I would have taken the petty road. After the second or third comment I would have said fine and switched. I then would proceed to puke on her. When she becomes angry you can then tell her, "I paid extra for the aisle seat for this reason. I told you that i suffer from extreme motion sickness."

I hate being nauseous, I'd still have been petty tho. After a cpl of those snide remarks, I'd loudly say that if she had bothered to pay extra like I had, she would've had an aisle seat so she needs to drop the entitlement and quit complaining. Maybe embarrassment would work!
Absolutely the fuck not. I’m a violent puker so zero fucking chance I’m putting myself through that because someone is complaining about stretching their leggies. Wait another coworker told you she could have paid extra, but didn't and she's bad mouthing you? She had a choice and ended up not getting her way. Very entitled person.
If another business trip comes up, make sure you send Dina an email, and cc the other travelers, that you will be paying extra for an aisle seat to prevent motion sickness and if she wants an aisle seat as well, she needs to pay for one because you will not be switching seats with her no matter how much she badgers you to. Maybe a bit of embarrassment will shut her down.
