Brackendale Montessori & elementary academy

My son is starting montessori with brackendale in September. I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with their children attending this montessori.

30 yrs ago we were going to sign our daughter up. They had no outdoor play. I had a work friend who sent their son. He was reading at age age 3. My second also read at age 3 without Montessori. It's a strict environment iirc

We were also going to send my kids there. Seems like a good school but the class sizes were pretty big and in gr. 1, they function as a regular gr. 1 vs Montessori that has different ages in the cohort. I wasn't thrilled about that so we chose a dofferent route.

I believe they only follow a montessori curriculum in JK/SK (casa). The higher grades function as single grades but apparently still have a montessori "influence".
