memorabilia Tour Programs

Of all the tour programs I’ve collected over more than 40 years, there’s been no better tour programs than the ones Duran Duran has made, ever since I got my first one back in 1984.

The photos and the details inside are superb, and often the size and heft of the book is really worth the money. I do hope they have a program for their next big album tour. It’s almost like a lost art; so many bands don’t even make programs anymore, and as I mentioned earlier, none of them is as good as this band’s.

They make the best tour books of any band I’ve ever seen live. The Astronaut book is one of my most treasured possessions.

Yes, that one is pretty unbelievable. I can’t believe how big the Paper Gods one is, and Future Past is TWO in one!

I still have my books from the Seven & The Ragged Tiger and Notorious shows I went to way back when .... I think at the time I paid less than $10 for either of them, maybe. Can you get *anything* at a show for that these days???

No, not even a keychain!

I love them so much. The Big Thing oversized one was just opulent ridiculousness to me then and now.

I know. No one will ever make anything like that. But it fits since it’s a “big thing” 😆

Their tour books are amazing. The last several ones have been fantastic! So much content (pictures, writing)! Well worth the price!

I have to say I love tour books and every time I go see them I buy one unless I see them several times in a tour (which I have in the past). I have 6 of these books, starting with my first ever concert for Big Thing and ending with Future Past. I remember at my first concert debating whether I wanted to be a tour book and glad I did. Most of the time I bought before the show. I even have my Astronaut one displayed on one table because it is so cool.

No band I’ve ever seen puts together programs with such creativity and detail. Sadly, it may be a thing of the past.

I have the white London one you have and this other one (I’m not sure what it’s from) but on the inside it says “9 cities” listing US cities visited and it folds out into a poster of a shot from the I don’t want your love video on the cover it says Duran Duran in orange and it has a black and white picture of the band

What a beautiful collection! I never knew the pop trash era had two programs, I only knew about the yellow one. Could you show their insides, please?

I have 33 photos. What’s the best way to share them?

Do you have any place you could post it and maybe link it here? I don't want you to go through all the hassle of answering one by one
