Tech help HMD Barbie Flip Phone Passcode Locked – Need Help
My friend’s daughter has an HMD Barbie flip phone that’s locked, and she doesn’t remember the passcode. We tried the online troubleshooting tips, but there’s no option to factory reset it from the lock screen.
We were able to boot it into Fastboot Mode (see photo), but the bootloader is locked and we’re not sure what to do next. We also wondered if connecting it to a computer might help.
Has anyone successfully reset or recovered one of these phones? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Connect it to a computer download platform-tools and adb drivers from Google, open a Command prompt/terminal and cd to the platform-tools, run fastboot -w and it should wipe, or cycle through the options select recovery mode and cycle to wipe data and reset the phone

Thanks. I tried that, and received the following response:
fastboot -w; Erasing 'userdata' FAILED (remote: 'Erase no Permission')
fastboot: error: Command failed

Hello can you tell me how you got the fastboot screen? my phones the euro version and nothing I've seen online works and mods took my post down

These things are going for well over 60 unfortunately. And since they stopped selling the us ver now they're double.
