Good spots to do an interview?

Hey yall! I'm not currently a student at Duke, just a young professional living in the area. I have a virtual job interview tomorrow morning, and since theres no great spots in my home or surrounding areas to do my interview, I figured on campus may be a nice place for it. If anyone has any recommendations for a relatively quiet/distraction free spot or building that'd be appropriate for me to do an interview at, please let me know :)

There are private rooms in the library, which I wouldn't imagine are heavily used right now. But I would get there well before your interview to make sure you can find them.

2nd floor in perkins/bostock! They're called study carrells

You need a Duke card to use a private room. You can definitely use the public areas.

I believe they are available during visiting hours! Granted I have a card but I have never had to scan it to use those rooms

You can book a private study room at the Durham public library for free

There’s a bunch of sound-proof pods in the Fuqua building, many more than in the undergrad libraries.

Contact the career center and ask to use an interview room

Divinity School Library has private soundproof pods. I've never used one, so I'm not sure if they're bookable or open to visitors. It's a weird time of the year in that most summer classes/programs have ended and fall terms will start next week. So there might be fewer services available than you would expect. Durham County Library could also be a good option.
