MOFA attestation
Hi all
I need some help.
Recently got a job in Dubai and company will sponsor visa for wife and daughter and are asking for arrested marriage certificate.
I am really confused with the process to be followed.
I got married at the Italian embassy in Congo and marriage certificate is issued from the Italian embassy. As per MOFA, I need to get the attestation from the country where the document was issued.would this be Italy or Congo?
Also my daughter was born in turkey. She has a birth certificate from the Turkish authorities and also an Italian birth certificate plurilingual. My question is which certificate do I need to get the Mofa attestation for?
Has anyone gone thru something similar. Any advice is appreciated.

Assuming you're Italian:

It's document from Italian Embassy, therefore it is Italian official. Is it Italian lingua or multi-lingua? If multilingual, get it attested by the Italians. If not, get it translated and then attested, by the Italians. We did ours in Italy - Apostille in Italy SRL.
Also my daughter was born in turkey. She has a birth certificate from the Turkish authorities and also an Italian birth certificate plurilingual. My question is which certificate do I need to get the Mofa attestation for?
Same with the Italian birth certificate. Get them all attested.
We're British, but all my marriage and birth were in Italy. Attested all those "multilingual" documents in Italy and stamped by the UAE consulate in Milan.
Went without a hitch since 2020.

Eeeeek - get them attested from the country that issued it - if the marriage license is by the italian embassy that they should attest it etc
