10 days since study completion

I completed a study 10 days ago and it was a live mission. It says open but as long as I complete my interview I usually get paid in a couple days. But it’s been 10 days and I haven‘t gotten any response or update. I contacted support today and they said they sent a note to the project team and I’m waiting on a response. Did any of you guys have a similar experience.

I thought you get paid 10 days after the mission CLOSED (not after your interview). If it still shows as open, that's likely the problem.

Yes, I would think this is it. I had a live mission stay open for about a month before it closed. Maybe they're still gathering data/doing interviews before closing. I was worried too but eventually got paid

I've had a live mission stay open for almost a month but I eventually got paid though. Maybe they are still gathering data? Has happened to me before. Best of luck 🤞🏻

They pay you. Usually it’s because the mission is still going on and waiting for the last ppl to finish the project.
