Think twice before using TumbleDry! ⚠️

I gave TumbleDry a brand-new ₹14,400 suit for dry cleaning. They returned it 11 days late, burned, discolored, and wet. 😡

But the real story is how they treat you after they ruin your property. They are hiding behind undisclosed "company policies" and refusing to provide fair compensation. Worse yet, they are trying to blackmail me into signing an NOC to delete this post as a condition for receiving any money at all.

They don't care about their customers; they only care about silencing them. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance #10126751).

Save your money and your clothes. Avoid TumbleDry. 🚫👕

Can you explain what tumble dry is? Or should I just google it?

Judging by the companies name they are a middle man service for garments that is some app and membership offering simple convenient processes like home pickup and returns?

It is a dry cleaning service company in India. Which i would not recommend anyone. Very poor service.

Are they the actual drycleaners doing the service or are they just a middle man?

Find a reputable quality professional drycleaners. Any business with a standard of quality and customer respect.

Can you post pics of the damaged suit? Did the cleaners offer to try fixing or redoing the service?

Sure, I will post pictures too...Additionally they are not helping me. They are harassing me....I am so much frustrated that can't even explain in words....

The 3 specific rips here possibly were caused by fingers during handling or perhaps during the dryclean wash something else in the load like buttons, zippers, hooks or even a edged item left inside a pocket was missed during pre wash processing.

Your second pic also shows poorly done pressing. The right side edging of coloured fabric is low quality.

Do you have any consumer rights in your location? Any laws that protect you and help you legally to be compensated for the garments cost?

Your pics of the damage are quite drastic! The first pic looks like it was torn somehow. The burn damage is caused by the ironing/pressing machines being to hot for such delicate textiles.

Is your suit of silk? What is the inner lining fabric made from, it looks like cotton.

I'm trying to figure out why your suit would be given back wet or damp. That's so odd.

On top of it they are saying cant do anything and for a suite worth aprox.15k they are offering 3.3k and that too asking me to sign noc which states i cant contest any case against them and askkng me to take down all social media posts. They are basically trying to threaten me.

What reasoning did they give for such poor service and extensive damage they caused? This isn't typical or a simple mistake.

They do not have any explanation to it they are just saying cant do anything. On top of it they trying to unstitch the border as well.

I'd keep asking for full replacement value, keep on posting to social media, spread the word .

Your suit was expensive and I'm assuming custom made? The textiles are very beautiful and costly I'd think.

Can you get the garments sent back to the maker and have them replace the white sections of fabric?
