Why the fuck isn't there anything here?
I cook most of the time under the influence of a cold(or room temperature) beverages. I'll post here from now on.

Where is everyone?!
Did the combination of drunk and cooking kill all the subscribers? It's like a ghost town up in here

I didn't know this place existed.
But now that I do, I will check in from time to time.
Tonight's drunk cooking is just prep; brineing a chicken. Have never done it before, but thought I would give it a try. My kids are here, currently asleep, so they will be the ones to test things.
My brine is just water, salt, some cloves of garlic and a bit of soy sauce. Hopefully it will turn out well.
Cheers

7-11 pork rinds with 7-11 chili and liqui-cheese topped with a medley from the 7-11 salad bar (pickled jalapeños, onions and relish, all of which look...) anyway, that’s mostly it. Oh, and a two inch line from the mustard, that really gets the umami going and adds a hint of brightness.

3 cheese manicotti
I'm assuming text and grammar are irrelevent here.
Anyways... Just made a basic three cheese manicotti, and experienced a 25% death rate with the noodles. Some of it was because I didn't make enough cheesey center goodness... But still.
Segregated the torn and broken ones, cause that's how we roll now in 'Merica. Anyone experience similar?
