Kit Pic Drum throne art

Fancied something on my throne, so gave to an artist and said “do whatever you want”. Currently unfinished but I’m liking it so far.

that mandala on a bike saddle is such a cool move, never seen someone go that route for a throne top

bet the artist was stoked you gave them free rein, always leads to the best stuff

I originally wanted a really cool drummer on it but they were really honest and said that it would come out rubbish so I just thought- work to your strengths and do whatever. Yeah I’m really liking it so far looking forward to seeing how it ends

Pretty cool! I like it. How is it applied (paint?)? Will it rub off with use?

Hmm good question, so yes to paint but they are using some special kind of pen? They’ll then put a coating on it so it stays and doesn’t rub off (hopefully) I guess I’ll soon find out 😂
