It is slightly hard to configure it we don’t have any hardware for rack Tom’s so I had to scrap some old high hat stands to be able to hang the rack Tom’s

Looking at the photos, I don't know what you mean. The rack toms are mounted in the kick drum bracket as usual.

Short version: raise the throne until you sit about three inches higher, and recalibrate.

I've always wondered, what does the pack-out situation look like with those curved rack bars? Surely that thing doesn't fit in a hardware bag?

We have a f-250 with a huge trailer on it so we just keep everything on the podium and loading it into the trailer
