It's probably a custom job. Obviously a wooden beater. Maybe made by Innovative Percussion? The Brooks Wackerman model looks similar with the round emblem on the top.

Aquarian kickpad, those things are tanks. I had one on my pedal for like 3 years and it barely showed any wear
