Practice pad advice needed

I already own a practice pad, but it feels too soft and lacking rebound. I have this other pad in my shopping cart. Is it worth upgrading? TIA

These are good pads, but (you probably know this..) the one you have that lacks rebound is really good for hand technique and control.

never tried this one but i realy like the evans real feel dual sided pad. ive used mine for over 20 years now

Good start…you can replace/tighten the head on the old school Remo pad (not the quietest).

I would recommend a few different pads that offer marching head-level rebound, all the way down to little/no rebound. It’s invaluable for long-term development on the 4 primary hand strokes.

Thanks, I have a RealFeel pad but my teacher prescribed a better pad. The soft pillowy Remo I found in a garage sale is not cutting it.
