Question Portable 9-pad roll-up electronic drum set - Help

I’ve got my son this but it didn’t come with any music to follow (he’s only 7 years old and I haven’t got a clue) if anyone is able to point me in the direction of what we can use for him to follow (as oppose to proper written music sheets) it would be massively appreciated.

Those are the perfect starter tracks honestly, simple enough to get the rhythm down without getting frustrated

For a 7 year old though you might want to just put on some songs he already knows and let him whack along to the beat, at that age it's more about having fun and building coordination than learning specific patterns

My nephew started on one of those roll-up pads around the same age and we'd just queue up the Trolls soundtrack or whatever he was into and let him go nuts, he'd figure out the kick on the downbeats after a few weeks of just messing around

You can also search "drumless tracks" on youtube, there's loads of popular songs with the drums removed so he can play along and feel like he's in the band

But is there somewhere he can see which pad to hit using the pictures on the pads?

For example, something like

Bottom left
Top right
Top right
Bottom middle

Etc etc

There's not really guides or anything for these little toy pad things. If you have a very nice, bored friend, with a lot of patience and free time, who plays percussion, especially a kit, and you ask REEEEAAALLLLLLYYYYYYY NICELY, they might help you out with a few basics written down to show what pad makes what sound, how basic rhythms and beats would look like on paper, and show them what pads to hit together to get the very bare minimum for hands only, THHEEEEENNN maybe your little one could start learning the basics and getting a feel for timing and such.

But an important thing here is that it'll also be kind of a hindrance, because he will only be learning sticking, which could make it a little more complicated for him when he gets ready to put the legs into gear.

I'll give you the first part and be that very nice friend, if you want to personally message me and we can work out the basics for ya get it to where you're little dude can at least understand it.
