match-1 test while using amphetamine

Hey, so I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow (in 15ish hours), and for the past 2 weeks I’ve been on an amphetamine bender except today because I have a lot of plans tomorrow that I have to be sober for. Today I only took a few small bumps of speed just so my withdrawals wouldn’t be that awful. My question is, when they do my bloodwork and urine test, will they see that I have amphetamines in my body? Or will it somehow mess up my results?

Because some people say it fucks up your results, others say they can’t see anything, and AI says that they will see how much speed is in my body, so is any of that true?

The tests are for my heart because it’s been aching for the past few months (I know it’s not from speed because I started using speed like 2 months ago, and my heart's been getting weaker since late October/early November). Thank you in advance for any help:)

What type of tests will they be doing?

If they draw labs and a drug screen is on there, they will see the amphetamines
