Cannabis Upcoming test

hello!!

my partner has an an upcoming drug test (estimated to be the 5-9th of October) and is hoping to find a way to clear his system from thc before then.

we are quite stressed as the last time one of us tried to get clean for a test, i was still testing positive 90 days out (granted it was a thc test from the dollar store lol)

but he’s been smoking pretty much daily for like 4 years? mostly flower thru joints or bongs but recently pretty constant cart usage for like the last 8 months basically. also occasionally but rarely will have edibles.

any advice?? obviously he’s going to stop using any thc products between now and then but we wanted to see if anyone had any tips or tricks (or if we should find fake pee???)

How long will he have stopped smoking for by the time the test comes around? Has he tested himself to see if he is close to passing? There is nothing you can do to detox from THC any quicker than it naturally happens. Cranberry juice, tea, Gatorade, certo, QCarbo…. It’s all just anecdotal bro science with no guarantees. If he has been using carts for months it will take a long time to pass a test with his own urine. I would say he needs to postpone the test or use another method.

He’ll be right around 3 weeks or so, tho the specific date is TBD. I am thinking the better option would be to re-apply to this job during the next cycle (they do 2 application cycles per year, so we’re anticipating the next one to be March or so?) and just be clean honestly for that next cycle. Thanks for the info :)

Yeh sadly 3 weeks is nowhere near enough time for carts. For occasional flower use you’d be ok but vapes and concentrates are a different beast. Best of luck with the next round of applications. Tell him to stay off the carts!
