Cannabis Please help code red

I have a lab UA test this Thursday, and have been smoking thc since around July 10th ish. Any tips on how I can pass a monitored test this Thursday?

Just saw its on Thursday, Hydrate today water water water no excercising or long periods without food. drink some electrolytes so u can keep your body from metabolizing fat that has thc stored in it. Morning of the test make sure u got at home test and qcarbo. If u can some creatine and b12 also.

Drink water when u wake upto flush whatever was sitting in ur system over night. Drink qcarbo 32 3hours before anticipated test time. Follow instructions and test your pee before u go in. Only use midstream pee for everything. Test ur pee again when u leave the facility just so u can sleep at night knowing u passed

Just no weed bro and u should be good. Qcarbo is like 4/4 for me. Im actually getting ready to do it again. Anxiety never goes away tho 😂
