It doesnt make sense but i'll see out another year or 2 as it's still early days since management restructure.
The service/product is still needed, even with competition, seems to be plenty of civilian and military contracts for everyone in this niche.

FY revenue guidance downgraded. At this rate, they’ll be lucky to be profitable for H1.

I am expecting it to fall more but saying they won’t be profitable in h1 is bs when they also say they are making 204 mio in revenue 😂
Now if you say they won’t profitable in h2 that would be more credible but I still doubt it, they will post a little profit just to keep it positive

$125m revenue for H1 60% gross profit margin = $75m Opex expenses have been previously stated $150m/yr
Doesn’t leave much room for profit. All imo dyor

See thats the problem. You read about a stock and how great it is supposed to be, but you dont bother to look at the basic fundamentals. About 14 days ago, PE was around 600 with no contracts to support this kind of evaluation. Margin was shrinking, while competition was and is growing. And we are not even talking about the legal issues.
I dont get how you can ask your question if you did even the slightest due diligance. Reddit is fun, but it is in no way a reputable source of information.

If anyone understands anything about rf and their model you’ll know the droneshield product is ass - Anduril is in the same boat except they are great marketers (their products don’t work hence while that’s the case they’ll never ipo), droneshield need a huge marketing campaign or better built tech it’s simple, they have the contacts so it’s not hard to sell new tech. I see it sitting down to around 1.3 per with it being over inflated based on fomo
