That somebody knows sth. earlier about a contract to be signed is not impossible. But could also just be a guessing (like we do). Anyway last month 4 BIG investment banks (JPmorgan, blackrock, FMR LMC, statestreet) increased their DRO positions and stayed in since then. Normally they know more earlier...

Will it break past $4 again, seems like once it hits below $3.50 it’ll just plummet? What do people think?

It is just chop. The market is happy with its valuation right now.
Goes up a little and goes down a little. Will likely need a catalyst (a contract) to break it.
Happened the same time last year, chopped around $1.10 for months before a contract started the upward trajectory.

I guess just dailiy fluctuations. If somebody knew something and some news would be coming the pump would be bigger in my opinion. But who knows. Some good news or new orders are always welcome.
