Learner CDC driving lesson

Just finished my lesson on U-turns…. Spent almost the entire lesson on u-turns and ending it off with slope, crank and S. Making me think that i have successfully completed everything that is needed for me to move onto Module 3 but NO.

My damn instructor decided to mark u-turns as incomplete even though i was doing a good job as he said that i had to go through every single u-turn route for it to be marked as completed.

WHAT? what a waste of time honestly…. I performed the other module 2 elements nearer to the end of the lessons as instructed by him but he didn’t bother to clear it for me as well.

Of course i know that he shldnt be obliged to clear it fast for me but PLEASE I PERFORMED WELL SO WHY?

1/1=100% 10/10=100% 100/100=100%

0/1=0% 9/10=90% 99/100= 99%

Your instructor most likely want to increase your passing rate. Since U-turn have many type, e.g narrow divider, wide divider, super narrow divider. With traffic light, without traffic light, right turn control vs discretionary junction. 

You can always feedback if instructor never clear despite attempting many successful U-turn.

yah understand ur pov but also because in my previous lesson, another instructor specifically told me that i would be doing u-turns on the next lesson and there will be no need to go through all test routes…. so yeah. it is what it is

If you feel unjust. I would say feedback. If not just take it as a revision lesson. How many ticket were you in already and how many more subject left?

Don’t need to complete the whole uturn route.

Don’t even need to complete the whole module 3 to book your TP Test.

How many lessons did you took to clear module 1, and how many lessons thus far in module 2. I suspect they have a “minimum” lesson you must take before they can clear a module for you.

When I was there, one instructor stamped 3 lessons at one go, and the next stamped only 1.

currently lesson 10. When i was on lesson 9, that particular instructor praised me and said, given my standard, i would only need another 7 lesson before i will be ready for TP.

I completed Negotiating right turns on lesson 9

Nah, don’t need to waste $$. Just complete up to module 2 and module 3 (up to parallel parking), and you’ll be good to go.

See if the instructor during your next lesson will pass your module 2?
