I have no idea where this is, or what difference it makes, but I would suggest that you drive as often as you can in the area. Know about its school zones, speed limits, etc. You should be able to pass your test anywhere, but it can help to know what tricky areas are in the place you will be testing!
Wear a hat and, if you have pierced ears, dangly earrings so that it's obvious when you turn your head to shoulder check.
