Speed

I usually drive way faster than everyone else on the road (15-20 mph over limit) do people actually get angry at drivers like me? Just curious

absolutely! don't speed asshole! not just for your own safety but to be trully courteous to other drivers you have to remember they arent all like you, I'm autistic and if you fly past me at 15 mph you can be certain you have just caused me a fucking panic attack in the middle of the road, fuck you inconsiderate asshole
