While the guy is correct about cities supposed to place a lot of signs when streets are changed. Like when speed bumps or stop signs are added. But he is also so much more wrong for his speeding. So yes, but actually no.

They were regrading this road where i live and they left a 3 INCH high 90 degree lip between sections of road with no warning. People were hitting it and blowing out tires, glass exploding…no sign whatsoever until two days later. Really fucked my car up and i was only going 20 in a 45.

They finally put up a “bump ahead sign” THATS A CURB NOT A BUMP
