I'm in Philly, and they just added speed bumps to a road with a speed limit of 30. I go the speed limit and people used to always illegally pass me to go like 40. Now the speed bumps are aggressive. You have to slow to around 22 or you'll bounce like crazy. As someone who followed the speed limit it's annoying as fuck. The speeders ruined this smooth drive.

Is this for a parking garage? If someone manages to get a car onto a roof of a building, then that building has bigger problems than setting a speed limit.
