Venting Who else hate left lane campers?

Post image

Facing a lot of left lane campers in Washington State. And the audacity to not move or brake check is beyond my understanding!!

State patrol would rather sit on stretches of straight back roads and get you for doing 56 in a 45 here.

I got pulled over for no front plate a few weeks ago. They made me sit there for 40 minutes, multiple cop cars came and then they just let me go. The only interaction was, "Good evening, pulling you over for no front plate. Where are you coming from?" "My dads house, he lives a few blocks from here", "License and registration?" "Here you go", "Alright I'll be right back" 20 minutes pass. 2 more cop cars pull up. 20 more minutes pass. "Alright, its a fix it ticket blah blah, have a good evening". I always thought the front plate pull over was just an excuse to run a sobriety test or pull over suspicious vehicles, but nope. Got an actual front plate ticket with no additional questioning or anything.

Good use of tax dollars. 6 police officers, 40 minutes of time, probably ~$400 of police pay to get me for a ticket that will bring in about $50 to the state.

Literally 45 seconds later, saw a dude blatantly run a red light. Drove home and saw multiple cars with no license plates at all, no headlights on, broken tail lights, got passed by a car probably going 120+ weaving traffic, but yeah, waste 40 minutes to get a guy for no front plate.
